About Louise
Louise is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher based in Kent. As an Iyengar teacher she has been trained to a rigorous high standard in order to maintain Iyengar care and precision. The certification mark is your guarantee that your teacher has fulfilled the criteria of at least five years continuous practice before starting an intensive two year training course and successfully passed a series of assessments.
Even once qualified, Iyengar teachers are required to continue their own practice with a more senior teacher on a regular basis and attend professional development days every year to maintain a set level of teaching and knowledge.
